William Choo, Senior Vice President, Dipl. Tech.,C.G.A.

William has over 25 years of expertise to offer in a variety of industries, including Viability Assessments and Receivership appointments in Automotive Dealerships,the Contracting and Construction, Real Estate, Manufacturing and Fabrication,  Distribution, Contracting and Construction, Retail and Wholesale, Trucking and Airlines industries.  William obtained his Diploma of Technology in Financial Management in 1981 and his C.G.A. in 1984.

Don Manning, President, B.Comm., CIRP

As President of the firm, Don brings over 30  years of expertise in Insolvency Consulting, Viability Assessment and Monitoring as well as Appointments as Trustee and Receiver/Receiver-Manager.  He has worked extensively in Import and Distribution, Hospitality, Ski Resort, and Forest Industries.  A Trustee in Bankruptcy and a Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional ( CIRP) since 1979, Don also brings ten years of management expertise from the Forest Industry of B.C. and five years of expertise from the Post Secondary Education field.  He has been active in a wide variety of community and industry volunteer activities throughout his career. 

Alex Ng, Vice President, LLB., CIRP

Alex has worked in the insolvency field since 1997, starting his career in Toronto, later moving to the Lower Mainland.  His legal background, technical knowledge and diverse experience make him a valuable member of our corporate and personal insolvency team.  Alex serves in a variety of Insolvency and Restructuring groups as well as a member of the Burnaby Parks, Recreation and Culture Commission, and enjoys skiing and hiking.
