The Superintendent of Bankruptcy has published a summary of changes to the Bankruptcy & Insolvency Act (BIA) and Company Crediors Arrangement Act (CCAA) at http://www.ic.gc.ca/epic/site/bsf-osb.nsf/en/br01782e.html.

These changes have now been implemented  These changes include wage earner protection, increased access by businesses seeking restructuring to the features of the CCAA, increased protection of pensions in Receivership and in Bankruptcy mandates, protection of Collective Agreements, as well as other important changes from current practice such as Wage Earner Protection to employees.
